Healthy snack - vegetables with sauce

Good day :) today I would like to share with you one of my favorite snack which is so easy and light that everybody loves it! You can eat it every day or serve on the celebratory table.healthy snack - vegetables with sauce

You can choose cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, sweet pepper and any other vegetables you like. Chop your vegetables along and serve it with sauce. 
Sometimes I buy this estrella dip sauce with tomato and onion flavor or I make it by myself.
My sauce:

*sour cream

*
dried leeks
*dill
*dried basil
*dried oregano
*two cloves of crushed garlic
*you can add tomato sauce (sweet and sour)

If you consider yourself and assign the category a glutton who do not hold full-fledged lunch or dinner, if they are not completed at least a morsel of chocolate, small cookies or a slice of cake, well understand my habit at home or on the desk at which constantly have a sweet piece. Obviously, the best they have produced. These cookies definitely not meant to be luxurious dessert, but perfectly suited for the time when you want something to sweeten life - they are extremely brittle, slightly sweet, a perfect companion to afternoon tea or evening with a glass of milk. Cooked in a sealed container can hold about a week. And yet, my cookie list are still in the lead and that do not need to roll the dough. 

Ingredients (about 35 cookies)
2 cups flour;
1 cup butter at room temperature;
1 cup sugar (plain white);
0.5 cups of brown (I used dark Muscovado sugar, but will fit and Demerara) sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda (crossed out);
1 teaspoon salt;
0,5 teaspoons vanilla essence (not necessary);
1 egg;
1 egg white;
150 gr. finely chopped dark cho
colate.
Process:
*An electric mixer, beat the butter and both types of sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy (if turned by hand will work). Add egg, white and whisk again.

*Mix flour with baking soda and salt and add to the butter batter. Mix thoroughly whisk, wooden spoon or by hand. The batter stir in chocolate pieces.
*Preheat oven to 185 C degrees. Put cookies with tablespoon on the butter paper. One large biscuit use the full tablespoon of dough, cookies put not less than 15 cm intervals, so that they form regular round cookies. Thus, in the standard tray accommodate no more than 9 biscuits.
*Bake cookies until they are lightly golden brown - about 15-17 minutes.

Hot biscuits will be soft but cooled BRIEF SUMMARY incredibly crisp.

Pasta with zucchini, feta cheese and tomatoes

Hello!

How are you today? Here in Lithuania is very sunny and beautiful day and I want to share with you one very fast, but also delicious meal - pasta with zucchini, feta cheese and tomatoes.

*300g pasta
*1 zucchini
*4-5 tomatoes
*100g feta cheese
*a little bit oil for frying
*2 slices of garlic
*oregano
*basil
*salt
*pepper

1. Boil water, add oil and salt. Then pour pasta into it.
2. While the pasta is boiling heat the pan, add oil, then you can pour a little bit of asafetida and after few seconds add the chopped zucchini. Fry for a few minutes and add chopped tomatoes. Fry few minutes more, stirring occasionally and than add crushed feta cheese.
3. Add all the spices and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Put the pasta into the plate and zucchini sauce on the top. Bon appetite

Muffins with bananas and chocolate

These muffins are so simple, fast - yet one of the most delicious I've ever tried! :)))

What you need for 12 muffins:
*2 eggs
*120g (about 6 spoons) of sugar
*150ml natural yogurt or low fat sour cream
*80g of butter
*200g of flour
*1,5 tablespoon of baking powder
*3 bananas
*100g milk chocolate
*50-100g dark chocolate






1. Mix eggs with sugar and yogurt (or law-fat sour cream).
2. Melt butter and stir into the egg mixture.
3. Flour with baking powder pour into the dough.
4. Chop the bananas into the dough.
5. Pour chopped chocolate into dough too.
6. Pour the dough into the baking cups to fill about two-thirds of the capacity.
7. Bake in 190 degree temperature, about 30minutes.

You can put into the dough a little bit of cinnamon or cacao to have chocolate cupcakes.

Thick crepes with mushrooms and cheese baked in cream sauce

Everyone knows that French crepes are usually thin and called - crepes. However, French also bake and thick crepes, which are called "pannequets". Such is particularly suitable for molded cakes. These can be stuffed with sweet or savory fillings, and it may be oven fried. And that's what we did:

What do you need:

1.For dough:
*600 g of flour;
*pinch of salt;
*3 eggs;
*400 ml of milk;
*400 ml of carbonated mineral water
*tablespoon oil;

*spoonful of sugar (if you eat sweet)
2. For filling:
*mushrooms (champignons)
*cheese
*half teaspoon of asafetida powder (you can use garlic and onion instead)
*salt (if you need)
*peppers

*dried basil
*dried oregano
3. For sauce
*sour cream
*dill

*cream
*dried basil
*cheese (a little bit)
*tomatoes


1. Mix all dough products and in a hot pan bake thick crepes.
2. Heat oil and add asafetida, after a few seconds add mushrooms, cook, and poured out all the spices and fry for few minutes.
3. Mix sour cream with cream and dried basil.
4. Fill you crepes with mushrooms and cheese, put them in baking dish and cover them with sauce. Decorate it with dill and sliced tomatoes and bake in oven for 10-15minutes.
